Scope:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this position, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and providing support throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing sales, be comfortable with high-volume cold calling, and have a strong understanding of sales tools. You will also play a key role in order processing, managing pricing, shipping dates, and resolving potential delays to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to generate new business opportunities and follow up on leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage the order lifecycle, including order entry, pricing, shipping dates, and any potential delays. Work closely with other departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Use ZoomInfo to identify and research potential leads, and Salesforce to manage the sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and close deals.
- Work closely with the sales team to support overall sales goals, share insights, and drive business growth.
- Address customer concerns promptly, resolve order-related issues, and communicate effectively to manage customer expectations.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order statuses in Salesforce.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience using sales tools for CRM and sales tracking.
- Proven ability to make high-volume cold calls and effectively qualify leads.
- Comfortable using various sales tools, including ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers and manage relationships effectively.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Accuracy in processing orders, pricing, and managing shipping schedules is essential.
- Ability to identify potential challenges, suggest solutions and take ownership of customer issues from start to finish.
