TITLE:HVAC/Regional Sales Manager – Remote- Exempt (Singapore /ASIA)

REPORTS TO: Director of Sales & Marketing( new position) HVAC is mandatory/flow and measurement type products

measurement instruments for hydronic heating and cooling systems.

produce flow meters and flow measurement solutions for various industrial and scientific industries.
The Regional Sales Manager for Singapore/Asia will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key
accounts, and leading a team of sales professionals across the Singapore/Asia market. The RSM works with
independent sales rep firms to promote and support each region's multiple brands, achieving
defined sales and profitability goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role requires a deep understanding of the local business landscape, cultural nuances, and economic
factors influencing sales in Singapore and Asia. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape
the sales strategy in one of the world’s most dynamic markets. The right candidate will be pivotal in driving
the company's growth and success in Singapore and Asia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Singapore/ASIA market
• Manage and grow a team of sales professionals
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for the region
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities specific to Singapore/ASIA
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective product positioning and marketing
• Report on sales performance and market insights to senior management
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and business practices
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows in Singapore/ASIA
Provide technical support to Independent Reps and Customers as needed, remotely and in the field
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Proven sales management experience in Singapore/ASIA
• Deep understanding of the local business environment and culture
• Strong network within relevant industries in Singapore/ASIA
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Mandarin and other local languages highly valued
• Track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share
• Experience in managing and developing sales teams
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics tools
• Willingness to travel within Singapore/Asia and occasionally to regional headquarters
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• For internal candidates: Minimum four years of experience as a successful Territory
Manager or Senior Sales Engineer, demonstrating technical competence, in-depth
knowledge of our business, and exceptional communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• For external candidates: 7-10 years of experience in an outside sales management
role within a technical, consultative selling environment. The ideal candidate will
excel in building long-term relationships rather than focusing solely on closing
deals.
• Experience in HVAC building automation is highly desirable.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and fostering team growth
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and sales analytics tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing market conditions
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing sales
professionals
