Summary
Under supervisor of General Manager, oversee on-site construction operation on a day-to-day basis, and ensure that work is done safely, on time, within budget and to the right quality standards under supervision of the General Manager.

Responsibilities
1. Planning, managing, and overseeing all aspects of the project.
2. Estimating project costs and preparing budgets for each activity.
3. Preparing management reports of project execution plans and detail work procedures.
4. Reviewing, maintaining, and evaluating daily communication letters and minutes of meetings between client and sub-contractors to ensure proper execution of the contract.
5. Reviewing and submitting monthly management reports listing status schedules, payment claims, variations, safety reports, etc. to client; and General Manager.
6. Managing construction employees and subcontractors.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management and on-site general contracting supervisory role in industrial construction.
2. Extensive experience in construction industry.
3. Extensive engineering and architectural background.
4. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the construction field.
5. Familiar with engineering and architectural design.
6. Understand and have thorough knowledge of the project plans and specifications.
7. Strong and effective communicator, both verbally and written
8. Possess good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving ability.
9. Ability to travel extensively and relocate project to project.
10. Willingness to provide leadership and management.
11. Detail oriented with the ability to multitask.

2. Physically fit to walk in the construction site from one end to the other, ability to climb up to the roof, stairs, etc. to monitor construction activities.
3. Is able to follow all safety instructions given during site visits.
4. Lifting and carrying 50 pounds or less
5. Pushing and pulling objects weighing 60-80 pounds on wheels
6. Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, stoop, Bending/twisting and reaching.
7. Talking and hearing; use of phone
8. Hold a valid US driver’s license.
