Job description:

• Supervise Accounting Manager with any assistance or questions for any bookkeeping transactions and processing payments
• Assist the President, Vice President and Treasurer as needed
• Prepare quarterly and annual reports
• Assist in bank deposits and wire transfers
• Assist Treasurer with annual audits and payment allocations
• Coordinate tax fillings and tax notices with CPA firm

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Finance or Accounting
• CPA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in public accounting with both tax and accounting
• Experience with real estate and trusts a plus
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word
• Familiar with QuickBooks
• Able to work independently for confidential tasks
• Able to supervise an accounting manager who does the bookkeeping
• Able to work together in a team setting
