Associate Scientist, Phage Display

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and execute phage display and yeast display campaigns for antibody discovery and protein engineering.
2. Contribute to designing strategies for recombinant production of membrane protein targets.
3. Purify proteins and conduct analytical characterizations for hit identification and validation.
4. Help troubleshoot and optimize protein engineering, expression, purification, and formulation processes.
5. Assist with library design, construction, and screening efforts using both phage and yeast display platforms.
Essential Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in Protein Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or similar
- Affinity for teamwork and enthusiastic collaboration!
- Strong understanding of protein-protein interactions and antibody engineering principles
Essential Experience:
- Hands-on experience with phage and/or yeast display technologies.
- Expertise in molecular biology techniques (PCR, cloning, library construction).
- Experience with high-throughput screening and selection methods.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with excellent organizational and time management abilities
Additional Points:
--This is a full time, permanent position.
--This position can be Sr Research Associate, Associate Scientist, or Sr Associate Scientist.
--Title and salary (base plus annual bonus) are commensurate with experience, and relocation is provided.
