Investment Firm/ Family Office/ Foundation is seeking a dedicated Foundation Operations professional to join our
dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing the day-to-day operations of our grants, ensuring compliance
with legal and financial regulations, and maintaining the integrity of our funding processes. The Grants and
Compliance Accounting Manager is responsible:
• Oversee the entire grant lifecycle, from proposal development and submission to monitoring and
compliance.
• Ensure compliance with funding source guidelines by reviewing and understanding grant terms and
conditions to guarantee compliance with funder requirement.
• Record accurate, consistent, and timely accounting to facilitate audit readiness, tax support, and
budget versus actual analysis.
• Ensure spending is on track with grant budget projections and manage amendments.
• Collaborate with sub-grantees to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with both US
private foundation regulations including expenditure responsibility and Indian FCRA laws.
• Coordinate and review legal documents such as grant agreements, sub-award agreements, and
service contracts.
• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS)
