Senior Network Architect- Must come from a Managed Service Provider - Network not Telecom

*hybrid between office and will be driving to customers as needed

Key Skills: Cisco ACI, VXLAN, EVPN, NDO (Nexus Dashboard Orchestrator.
Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and implement multi-vendor network and security solutions.
- Act as an escalation point for engineers and consultants.
- Escalate critical issues to management when necessary while working with the client to ensure those issues are resolved.
- Collaborate with manufacturer engineering teams for lab access and deployment support.
- Assess customer environments and provide recommendations, develop designs, and conduct design reviews, and develop implementation plans.
- Mentor junior team members to foster technical growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with key vendors and stay current on emerging technologies.
- Hold and maintain advanced manufacturer-specific certifications (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE, FCX, CISSP, UCS).
- Pursue additional certifications developed jointly by you and your supervisor.
- Develop and refine standardized assessment, delivery, and testing documentation to ensure repeatable, high-quality services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technology field and 15+ years of experience, or Master’s degree in a related technology field and 10+ years of experience.
- Multiple industry-recognized top-level certifications preferred (JNCIE, FCX, CISSP).
- Exceptional client facing skills (phone and in-person).
- Professional demeanor and strong communication abilities.
- Ability to develop detailed network designs and implementation plans.
- Deep expertise in designing, planning, implementing, and supporting IT solutions using wired and wireless network technologies, security products, and data center networking.
