Outside Sales Production Powder Coating (OEM / Manufacturing)

Territory: Virginia, North Carolina & Mid-Atlantic

Sell real manufacturing programs not one-off jobs.

Were an established industrial powder coating operation with a high-capacity, automated production line. This role is for an outside sales professional who knows manufacturing and wants to sell repeat-run, production-volume coating programs to OEMs and fabricators.

This is industrial production sales, not retail or transactional quoting.

What Youll Sell
Production powder coating programs for:
OEM manufacturers
Metal fabricators
Equipment builders
Marine, defense, and industrial manufacturers
Long-term, repeat-run programs with scheduled volumes

What Youll Do
Prospect and visit manufacturers with ongoing coating needs
Turn prototypes and pilot jobs into full production programs
Evaluate parts, specs, and volumes for production fit
Work with operations to price and launch programs correctly
Grow accounts by expanding parts, SKUs, and coated assemblies

Qualifications:

Who You Are
3+ years in B2B industrial or manufacturing sales
Comfortable selling to engineers, production, and sourcing
Understand parts, drawings, specs, and production volumes
Existing manufacturing relationships strongly preferred
