Job description:
- Must have strong experience on financing and/or private M&A transactions.
- Experience on project and energy financing and/or energy and infrastructure-related M&A transactions is preferred.
- Have tax equity and/or IRA credit experience.
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top accredited law school is required. Bar membership, active and in good standing, in the New York, Washington, DC, or Texas bar (depending on office location) is also required.
- Prior experience working at an AmLaw 200 Law Firm.
