Position: Survey Project Manager, Regional Leader

We have a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experience Land Survey Project Manager. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing multiple large, complex projects, managing and mentoring staff, client satisfaction, and business development.

Overview of Responsibilities:

·        Project Management: Developing scope of work, scheduling.

You are a subject matter expert in land surveying, providing technical, design and project management services to lead projects and supervise the team on a variety of projects in size and complexities.

·        Business Development: You will serve as the key point of contact for clients. Supporting new and existing business development; leading the preparation of proposals; developing new client relationships, maintaining existing client relationships.

Develop and maintain a network of relationships within the industry.

·        Leadership, Mentoring and Training of Staff: Lead and oversee professional development and mentoring of staff.

Requirements:

·        Current and active Professional Surveyor and Mapping license. With at least 2 years of experience as a licensed Land Surveyor.

·        At least 10 years of experience in Land Surveying and Geomatics. Must have an excellent hands-on knowledge of Land Surveying and Geomatics including experience in a leadership role.

Technical Experience:

·        Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and CAD.

·        Civil 3D and/or MicroStation experience a big plus
