Position Overview:

We are looking for an accomplished Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead our efforts in promoting a safe and sustainable workplace. This role involves crafting and executing robust EHS programs that adhere to industry regulations and standards, including OSHA, EPA, and ISO certifications (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, 50001). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in reducing workplace risks, fostering a safety-first culture, and enhancing the overall EHS performance through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• EHS Leadership: Guide and integrate EHS initiatives with operational activities to support site objectives and elevate performance in sustainability and safety.
• Incident Management: Oversee the investigation of incidents and near misses, perform root cause analyses, and ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
• Continuous Improvement and Auditing: Execute regular safety audits and inspections to maintain compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
• Emergency Preparedness: Develop and update emergency response plans, collaborate with local emergency services, and ensure preparedness for potential emergencies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and travel to other sites as necessary to fulfill EHS responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in safety or environmental management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Proficient in ISO 45001 and 14001 standards.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally (up to 5%).
• Adaptability and flexibility in managing various job assignments and responsibilities.
