Technical Operations Support Specialist  

You'll be working closely with the team to keep the CNC equipment and software running smoothly. Day-to-day, you'll be involved in quality assurance, product implementation, troubleshooting, and making sure we stay on top of safety.

What You'll Do

• Program and maintain 2D CNC operations — Mastercam 2025 and AXYZ routers are your main tools
• Set up and fine-tune machinery to consistently produce high-quality, precise parts
• Keep an eye on quality across all materials and stages of production
• Work from blueprints, work orders, and engineering drawings to plan and execute machining jobs
• Team up with the technical team on new products and troubleshooting
• Stay on top of preventive maintenance and safety best practices

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Mastercam 2025 — required
• Experience with AXYZ CNC routers — preferred
• Comfortable working with plastics, HPL, and aluminum in both metric and imperial systems
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented — you can run independently once pointed in the right direction
• Good communicator who works well with folks at all levels
• Familiar with MS Office
