We are  partnering with a prestigious personal injury law firm to hire an experienced Litigation Paralegal.

This position is 4 days in the office and 1 day remote each week (in-person required).

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience in a Personal Injury law firm.
• Expert understanding of civil litigation timelines, deadlines, and filing procedures.
• E-filing experience across multiple court platforms.

Responsibilities

• Draft deposition notices, discovery requests and responses, and complaints/lawsuits.
• Communicate with clients to draft discovery responses and standard objections, and collect and verify medical treatment information.
• Schedule depositions, trial preparation meetings, court reporters, and witness meetings.
• Manage attorney calendars and ensure all litigation deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with treating physicians, opposing counsel, and internal team members as needed.
