What You’ll Be Doing
· • Develop and implement product inspection standards and quality workflows.
· • Evaluate vendor quality systems and manage corrective actions.
· • Manage internal quality audit programs.
· • Participate in and lead elements of change management processes.
· • Determine needs for First Article Inspection Requests (FAIR) and manage execution.
· • Document and improve work processes and inspection criteria.
· • Coordinate training for quality tools and continuous improvement initiatives.
· • Manage non-compliance investigations and drive corrective action.
· • Lead continuous improvement and quality-driven projects.
About You
· • Be able to do the job as described.
· • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
· • 2–5 years of applied quality engineering experience.
· • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and AAR M-1003 systems.
· • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred).
· • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· • Proficiency with MS Office and quality system documentation.
· • Able to travel up to 30%.
