We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Associate- Cardiothoracic to drive sales strategy, build strong customer relationships, and provide technical expertise within the bay area. The ideal candidate will have clinical experience in cardiothoracic procedures or 2+ years of case support in the specialty and a strong track record in sales or clinical education.

Requirements of the Senior Sales Associate- Cardiothoracic:
- 2+ years of experience in cardiothoracic clinical or sales roles.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong knowledge of cardiothoracic procedures, operating room protocols, and medical terminology.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and customer engagement skills.
- Comfortable in clinical/OR environments and able to lift up to 35 pounds.
- Prior sales experience preferred.
Responsibilities of the Senior Sales Associate- Cardiothoracic:
- Lead sales strategy and activities to achieve and exceed territory objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with cardiothoracic medical professionals and training programs.
- Provide high-level technical support and guidance to customers and team members.
- Implement sales and marketing plans, including new product introductions and cross-selling.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze team performance, hold accountability meetings, and report quotas to leadership.
