Seeking an ambitious tech-savvy B2B commercial professional to help support sales operations, training, and new business development for a rapidly growing US field salesforce. Leveraging cloud-based CRM technology to drive strategic sales deployment decisions, this dynamic high-impact role offers daily interface with sales, marketing, operations, and executive leadership with unlimited career growth potential. This position offers great flexibility to work remotely from your home office, with a strong preference for candidates located in the Southeast US.

 

 Our client is a premier American-owned/operated provider of on-site civil infrastructure, engineering, and construction services supporting municipalities and water utilities throughout the US.

 

What You’ll Do:

·       Serve as the CRM owner and subject-matter expert (Oracle Sales Cloud), ensuring data integrity, adoption, and process adherence across a 50+ person field sales organization

·       Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide leadership clear visibility into pipeline health, forecasting, rep activity, lead conversion, and campaign performance

·       Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations to increase sales

·       Develop and maintain sales enablement assets, including playbooks, process documentation, training materials, and best-practice guides

·       Own onboarding operations and training programs for new sales hires, improving ramp time, consistency, and readiness

·       Facilitate marketing-to-sales alignment, ensuring leads, campaigns, and account intelligence

·       Identify and streamline sales workflows, reducing manual effort, improving consistency, and enabling the sales team to spend more time selling

·       Light periodic travel to support training, onboarding, and strategy development initiatives

Qualifications Needed

·       5+ years of B2B sales operations, sales and marketing support, or commercial training role

·       Functional expertise administering, supporting, or owning a CRM platform (Oracle, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

·       Strong data analytics and reporting skills with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights

·       Experience building dashboards or reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar preferred)

·       Clear, confident communicator who can work effectively with commercial teams, IT, operations, and senior leadership

·       Organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership within a matrixed environment
