The Plant Manager will oversee all daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficiency and productivity while meeting company goals and standards. This role involves managing multiple departments including Converting, Extrusion, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance, and driving operational excellence through effective management practices.

 

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant operations

• Manage production planning, quality control, and process improvement initiatives

• Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance systems and procedures

• Supervise production staff and coordinate with various departments for seamless operations

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

• Monitor plant performance metrics and report on key performance indicators

• Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes

• Oversee supply chain management and inventory control

• Drive operational excellence through effective plant management practices

 

• Must be Bilingual – Spanish

• Proven experience in plant management or related field

• Strong background in production management, operations management, and supply chain management

• Demonstrated success in implementing continuous improvement initiatives

• Knowledge of quality control processes and lean manufacturing principles

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams
