BUSINESS UNIT PRESIDENT/GENERAL MANAGER (Manufacturing)

(Salary $110-130K, real bonus potential/profit sharing, full P&L and team responsibility, attractive culture and entrepreneurial work environment)

Smaller, well established and growing manufacturer/distributor is looking for an experienced manufacturing leader who is interested in helping to reposition them for actual/anticipated future growth (including new customers and product development/roll-out). 

Position responsibilities include:

• Full P&L responsibility
• Manage/lead all manufacturing functions and associated business processes
• Manage, lead, mentor and develop direct and indirect reports
• Further implement (and refine) key manufacturing / production metrics to drive and improve performance
• Further implement (and leverage) a lean culture/work environment
• Develop (and manage against) a strategic/tactical plan and budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree 
• 5+ years of manufacturing/leadership experience
• Good working knowledge of production planning, scheduling, quality control, safety, inventory control, lean/related, strategic/tactical planning, etc.
• Full P&L experience
