Our client, a prestigious AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join its dynamic litigation team in Austin, Texas. This role offers the opportunity to engage in sophisticated commercial litigation matters and build a thriving practice in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in Texas is required.
- 3–4 years of substantive experience in sophisticated commercial litigation matters.
- Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts is a plus.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
- A strong, positive presence and advocacy ability.
- Entrepreneurial drive and initiative are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other court filings.
- Negotiate and draft commercial contracts as needed.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients and advocate effectively in court proceedings.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across practice groups to deliver excellent client service.
