Investment Service Specialist position with our client--a Farmington Hills based financial firm specializing in advising and consulting to corporations and affluent families on business succession, wealth transfer and investment strategy solutions.
Our client’s seeking a detail-oriented individual to support the daily operations of our client's investment department. Ideal candidate should have an understanding of investment principles and be able to work well as part of a 4-person team.
Responsibilities:
--Process/follow up with clients and investment companies for all client servicing issues
--Organize, manage/track multiple tasks with changing priorities including account transactions, account openings/closings, address changes and withdrawals.
--Daily account management for the client responding to inquiries and maintaining client records
--Maintain database records to ensure account information in systems is accurate
--Support on-boarding of new clientele as part of the investment team
--Familiarity with Morningstar Office and DocuSign is a plus, but not required
Experience:
--Bachelors degree a plus (NOT REQUIRED)
--MS Office Proficiency
--1-2 years experience in financial services or financial planning preferred

SALARY: Commensurate with Experience. Yearly Bonus on Top of Base
Hours are 8-5pm.<< After 3 months in office the position goes Hybrid; after 6 months Hybrid it can go 100% Remote (if you so choose)>>
