Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 national law firm, is seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment practice in Los Angeles.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Admission to the California Bar.
- 2+ years of experience representing employers in employment law litigation.
- Background in discrimination, retaliation, harassment law, and wrongful discharge actions is required.
- Strong academic achievement, law firm experience, and exceptional writing, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ambitious, team-oriented, and eager to support and grow the firm’s national practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in employment law matters, with a focus on litigation.
- Provide legal counsel on issues related to discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful discharge claims.
- Collaborate within a dynamic team to achieve client-focused results and support the firm’s expanding practice.
