Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Class A high-rise and multi-story parking structure projects ranging from $10 million to $35 million. Based in the Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire regions, this role is responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in large-scale commercial construction and strong expertise in scoping, buyout, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage high-rise and parking structure projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and project specifications.
• Oversee project scoping, contract buyout, and coordination of resources to establish a strong foundation for successful project delivery.
• Implement and manage cost control measures, ensuring projects remain within budget while meeting high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members, maintaining clear and effective communication across all project phases.
• Use Prolog and Converge software for project documentation, progress tracking, and communication.
• Conduct regular site visits, review project schedules, and provide solutions to address any potential delays or issues.

Background Profile:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management for Class A high-rise and/or multi-story parking structures.
• Strong understanding of project scoping, buyout, and cost control measures, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Proficiency in Prolog and Converge software is highly desirable.
