Job Description
A leading mechanical construction company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record of success in the HVAC industry.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and quality control.
Manage a team of service technicians, ensuring they are well-trained, equipped, and motivated.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting for the service department.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry, preferably in a service management role.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and service management software.
