The role will initially provide oversight for the mass grading contractor which will be a  direct-to-civil contract on a greenfield site. The responsibilities will transition to support the daily management activities of the general contractor once they are mobilized on the site.

II. Role Details

A.  Number of staff required - 1 staff member who is 100% dedicated to this project

B.  Expected start date - November 2024

C.  Duration - To the end of data center site construction, projected October 2026

D.  Work Type:

1.  Remote work is expected from mass grading start until the general contractor is mobilized on the site. Required to work on site in Haskell, TX once the GC mobilizes on site.

2.  Travel: Travel is required to the site, as needed, when the mass grading contractor mobilizes. Travel must be approved by program manager.

3.  Relocation Required: Relocation to the Haskell area is required when the General Contractor mobilizes.

1.  Oversight of the Site Safety Program - As the early site lead, prioritize safety and set an example to keep our workforce safe and uphold the standards set forth in Exhibit U (attached).

F. Qualifications required:

1.  Mission Critical or Data Center Experience

2.  Experience managing mass grading, civil contractors and general contractors

3.  10 years of experience

4. Demonstrated experience dealing with local AHJs
