Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Civil Engineer with extensive experience to fill a senior Project Manager role focused on land development. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of professional experience and be well-versed in managing complex projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to lead teams, build client relationships, and contribute to business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
- Provide direction for the planning, design, and successful delivery of intricate land development projects.
- Oversee multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams, municipalities, and clients to ensure accurate communication and project success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout each project phase.
Technical Expertise:
- Supervise and manage tasks related to site grading, drainage systems, roadway and utility design, and structural design elements.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and international regulations and safety standards throughout all projects.
- Use advanced software such as Civil3D and GIS for design and analysis, integrating best practices into project workflows.
- Approach challenges with critical thinking, contributing to a problem-solving culture and staying current on industry innovations.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a positive, collaborative, and innovative working environment.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members on technical issues and career growth opportunities.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Business Development:

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Licensure: Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
