ASSOCIATE – BUSINESS LITIGATION

Location: Atlanta, GA

Our client, a prestigious national law firm, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Associate to join their Business Litigation team in Atlanta.

Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Bar Admission in Georgia.
• 2-3 years of substantive business litigation experience.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently on complex, high-exposure trial matters.
• Solid law firm experience, with superb writing and research skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex business litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys on trial preparation and case strategy.
• Manage client interactions and maintain a high level of client service.
• Participate in all aspects of litigation, from case assessment through trial or settlement.
