Role: Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate and refresh sales strategies and targets.
  2. Engage both new and existing clients through compelling sales presentations.
  3. Understand and cater to customer needs, and offer tailored product recommendations.
  4. Quote, negotiate, and finalize deals.
  5. Stay updated on product enhancements, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
  6. Advocate for customer satisfaction, forwarding any concerns to management.
  7. Guide clients on product installation, utilization, and upkeep.
  8. Keep a vigilant eye on market movements and suggest potential new products.
  9. Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, ensuring a unified approach.
  10. Leverage modern tools and technology for effective operations.

About You:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or a related field is a plus. Technical studies are a must.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in Outside Sales or 3-5 years in Inside Sales.
  • Skills:
    • Stellar communication abilities.
    • Aptitude for mathematics and spatial reasoning.
    • Knowledge of Electronic Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) or Automation Controls is a bonus.
    • Previous experience in the gearing and reducer industry? Big plus!
