Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and refresh sales strategies and targets.
- Engage both new and existing clients through compelling sales presentations.
- Understand and cater to customer needs, and offer tailored product recommendations.
- Quote, negotiate, and finalize deals.
- Stay updated on product enhancements, industry trends, and competitor strategies.
- Advocate for customer satisfaction, forwarding any concerns to management.
- Guide clients on product installation, utilization, and upkeep.
- Keep a vigilant eye on market movements and suggest potential new products.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, ensuring a unified approach.

About You:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or a related field is a plus. Technical studies are a must.
- Experience: 2-3 years in Outside Sales or 3-5 years in Inside Sales.

- Aptitude for mathematics and spatial reasoning.
- Knowledge of Electronic Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) or Automation Controls is a bonus.
