Candidate Profile:

• JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
• Florida Bar Admission.
• At least 2 however no more than 8 years of substantive corporate/transactional experience with a focus on tax and estate planning.
• LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is required.
• Outstanding writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on estate planning and tax strategies, ranging from entrepreneurs to high-net-worth individuals.
• Assist with the structuring and drafting of trusts, wills, and other estate planning documents.
