Our client, a distinguished AmLaw 100 national law firm, is actively seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Attorney to join their Real Estate Practice Group based in Chicago.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a high academic standing.
- Must possess an active Illinois Bar admission.
- Minimum of 5 years of extensive transactional real estate experience, including handling purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, property management agreements, and leasing agreements.
- Additional experience in joint ventures, borrower-side financing, and fund experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated large law firm experience with exceptional writing and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a broad spectrum of transactional real estate matters, ensuring meticulous execution of agreements and transactions.
- Engage directly with clients, providing them with comprehensive legal support and advice in a dynamic environment.
