Qualifications/Requirements:

• Admitted to the Georgia Bar.
• 2–5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
• Preference for ERISA/employee benefits counseling or litigation experience; however, a willingness to learn this area included with general civil litigation experience is welcome.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The annual billing requirement is 1,900, with additional bonuses for hours worked in excess of this minimum.
