Responsibilities:
- Design and implement complex algorithms, adhering to strict timing, system resource, and interface constraints.
- Perform quality control on team products, ensuring adherence to project requirements and industry standards.
- Implement recommendations to enhance documentation and software development process standards, fostering improved efficiency and consistency.
- Collaborate with system engineers and hardware engineers to derive software requirements and gather necessary project information, including limitations, capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces.
- Coordinate the installation of software systems and monitor equipment functions to ensure compliance with operational specifications.
- Minimum of fourteen (14) years of experience as a Software Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university. Alternatively, four (4) years of additional Software Engineer experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- TS/SCI clearance with full scope polygraph
- Experience in Database Administration (DBA) development.
- Proficiency in Java and SQL, with expertise in query creation.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL database management system.
