We represent a well-established Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm dedicated to providing exceptional service to high-net-worth clients through comprehensive and objective financial wealth management. **Position: Senior Wealth Advisor**
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and achievement-driven Senior Wealth Advisor to join their expanding team. This role offers the opportunity to grow new client relationships and work closely with the Business Development Officer and other Advisors on specific growth initiatives. The Senior Wealth Advisor will focus on converting leads into clients, and fostering relationships with custodians, accountants, estate attorneys, and other centers of influence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Actively build and manage a pipeline of centers of influence (COIs) to generate referrals.
- Develop new client relationships through referrals from existing clients and other sources.
- Generate leads for a new client base through outreach, marketing, and community involvement.
- Grow existing relationships by increasing assets under management, identifying opportunities for additional services, and finding referral opportunities.
- Qualify leads and set appointments.
- Cultivate relationships with interested qualified leads and arrange face-to-face/Zoom meetings.
- Nurture leads through ongoing campaigns, providing valuable information.
- Serve as a Senior Wealth Advisor, offering financial advice and planning to clients.
- Apply industry knowledge to provide fiduciary recommendations.
An ideal candidate will already have an established client base and demonstrate significant activity in the early and intermediate stages of the prospect process, focusing on closing new business and servicing relationships.

Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Growth-oriented professional with 5+ years of experience, ideally in the financial services industry.
- Excellent oral communication skills with a charismatic, resilient, persuasive, and positive demeanor.
- Strong work ethic and ability to achieve personal goals.

- Skilled at problem-solving and prioritization.

- Knowledgeable in investment and financial planning strategies for high-net-worth clients.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year university. A degree in financial planning, business, finance, economics, or a related field is beneficial.
- 3+ years of business development experience.
- 5+ years of financial planning experience.
Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations:
- CFP preferred.
