What Youll Do
- Lead and manage water and wastewater projects from concept to construction for public and private clients.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering designs, plans, reports, and permitting documentation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Coordinate with internal departments (including Civil/Site, Structural, GIS, Survey, and Traffic) to ensure comprehensive and integrated project outcomes.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines, and manage submittals and approvals.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and project teams, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to talent development within the department.

What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Masters a plus).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in water/wastewater engineering, including project leadership.
- Strong understanding of water distribution, wastewater collection, treatment systems, and permitting processes.
- Experience working with municipal clients and regulatory agencies in Pennsylvania or surrounding regions.
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling tools.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
