An established food manufacturer is hiring Production Supervisors for its bakery operation. Opportunities are available across first, second, and third shifts.
Lead a team of approximately 15–25 production employees, helping deliver safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity with an established supervisory team and room for professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
- Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
- Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
- Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
- Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
Qualifications:
- Production supervisory experience in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience is especially relevant.
- Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
- Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.
Proposed Salary Range and Benefits:
