Position Summary:

In a continuous-operation glass manufacturing facility, the Electrical Engineer is responsible for the design, installation, and ongoing support of plant equipment, systems, and processes. The role contributes to continuous improvement efforts in quality, safety, reliability, and production yield.

Success in this position requires a demonstrated strong work ethic, including accountability, availability, hands-on engagement, effective decision-making, problem-solving, and the ability to complete projects that drive operational improvement.

The Electrical Engineer operates within the Engineering Department and collaborates cross-functionally with Maintenance and Production. Additional responsibilities may include supporting other facilities and performing duties as assigned by management.
