Ophthalmologist $385K Start & Almost $500K in Bonus Incentives

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive starting salary of $385,000 with steady annual increases; earnings may reach $480,000 over time
• Total Bonus Incentive near $500K: Sign-on of $220,000 & up to $250K for housing
• PSLF eligibility Loan Forgiveness
• Up to $250,000 in housing assistance with interest fully paid for 10 years
• Robust retirement: true pension plan covering up to 50% of income in retirement

Practice Structure:

• Balanced schedule: approximately 80% clinic and 20% OR
