Anesthesiologist - PARTNERSHIP in Central FL - Flexible Shifts & $550K or more

Experienced anesthesiologists earn $550K or more, with compensation increasing in subsequent years and additional income potential as a partner.

This is a diverse practice where anesthesiologists spend approximately 70% of their time supervising CRNAs. The case mix includes cardiac, thoracic, vascular, heads, OB, and more! Cardiac experience is needed, but a cardiac fellowship is NOT required, and residents are welcome to apply (slightly lower base). The schedule allows you to choose from shift lengths up to 13 hours long. Take call about once a week with the following day off plus there is greater flexibility to determine how much you want to work and earn once you become a partner.
