Oversee quality assurance and food safety processes in a high-volume beverage manufacturing environment. This role ensures compliance, supports production teams, and drives continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA/QC processes and ensure regulatory compliance
• Conduct audits, inspections, and product testing
• Investigate quality issues and customer complaints
• Manage hold/rework processes and documentation
• Train staff on QA standards and food safety practices
• Partner with production to improve quality and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Food Science, Chemistry, Agriculture, or related field
• 5+ years QA experience in food manufacturing (leadership preferred)
• HACCP/PCQI required; BPC preferred or ability to obtain
• Strong knowledge of food safety, audits, and quality systems
