Our software development team manager will be promoted to an executive management role in 2 years. He is looking to hire a senior Software Engineer to join the team as an individual contributor who can grow into the manager of the department (there are currently 12 software engineers).

The right person must have strong Java programming skills ( or a strong background in other 4GL languages, i.e., Python, C++, C#, ...), direct and hopefully extensive experience with development software to control robots, robotics, or complex automated equipment, or any related software that controls equipment or devices.

Depending on experience, the salary range is $130,000 to $165,000. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications:

BS/BA related to the position.

Strong Java programming or strong in other Object Oriented 4GL languages.

Direct experience in developing controls for robots, robotics, automated machinery, automated equipment, or systems.
