What Youll Do

  • As a key technical and managerial leader, you will:
  • Oversee and design a variety of multi-use, residential, commercial, and institutional land development projectsfrom concept through final approval.
  • Lead the local municipal approval process, ensuring smooth coordination and timely submissions.
  • Manage and develop full site designs including stormwater systems, grading, erosion & sediment control plans, utility layouts, and regulatory research.
  • Prepare concept plans, detailed site plans, subdivision plans, engineering reports, and stormwater management documentation.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact, maintaining ongoing communication with clients, contractors, sub-consultants, and internal team members.

Qualifications:

What Youll Bring

  • NJ P.E. required or the ability to obtain it (E.I.T. required).
  • 510+ years of hands-on civil/site experience.
  • Solid background in New Jersey land development and site design, including:
  • Stormwater management, grading, erosion & sediment control, utilities
  • Navigating permitting with NJDEP and municipal agencies
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, or equivalent stormwater design tools.
  • Strong communication skills with a commitment to quality and accountability.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A team-oriented mindset, with the confidence to work independently when needed.
