About the team

Our client’s culture is best described as collaborative, business-minded, and execution-focused, with an emphasis on understanding client goals and delivering practical solutions. The firm has a reputation for steady, sustained growth and a strong internal infrastructure, while avoiding excessive bureaucracy in day-to-day decision-making. Attorneys who want to expand relationships are generally encouraged to pursue opportunities, with leadership open to supporting thoughtful business development rather than putting up procedural roadblocks. Many teams operate with close partner involvement and lean staffing, which tends to translate into earlier responsibility and higher expectations for responsiveness and ownership. The firm is also notably friendly to laterals, with a track record of laterals integrating successfully and advancing on a two-tier membership track. In key hiring groups—especially Finance and Commercial Real Estate—the culture is meaningfully office-centric, prioritizing in-person collaboration as part of how teams train, communicate, and deliver work.
