Distributor of food grade processing equipment, design, product installation, process engineering and maintenance repair services
serving the food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical and other high purity industries.
Responsible for all company sales and marketing activities.
Provide strong leadership and clear customer-centric direction to the team.
Continue to build the company's brand.
Develop annual business plans with monthly rolling forecasts and forecast-to-actual reporting.
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity.
Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
Manage information and data related to customer and prospect interactions and perform strategic analysis of business lines and
segments, targeting long-term growth objectives.
Define the optimal sales force structure and activity plan for inside and outside sales teams.
Redesign compensation structures as necessary.
Develop sales training programs to enhance potential, achieve sales objectives and add value to customers.
Produce quarterly performance assessments for each sales team member.
Ensure compliance of all company policies and practices.
10+ years’ of food industrial sales and marketing experience.
Visionary leadership with ability to inspire / motivate others towards that vision.
Demonstrated sales and sales leadership success.
Ability to create and execute a sales and marketing strategic plans.
Proven skills in building and maintaining relationships with key customers.
Well developed skills in sales force management.
Travel as required.
